Come view our model home located in Gunter, TX!
Model Walk-Through
At this stage, you will view the quality and discuss included standards. We will discuss the features and options between each builder. Our new model home is located at 674 Pike Rd Gunter, TX 75058 and is available to view now!

Step 3
Build Meeting at our model home!
Build Meeting
At this step we will finalize your lot selection and review our floor plans. We will discuss your "wish list" and begin your architectural planning! At this early stage, we price out your home. Our team specializes in functional, timeless home design with open floor plans!
Step 4
Finalize architectural plans and go to contract!
Begin your home building process
After home design and architectural plans are complete, we will go to contract! Our land developer Keith has been a Realtor-Broker for 40 years and previously owned his own mortgage company. We partner with multiple banks to give our clients the best options for your family!
